Played WPS tourney here at Jaco beach yesterday. Pretty crap turnout for it, I think there was 38 players or some ridiculously low number, I couldnt' get much goin in it. Rob's still in w/ 12 people left, so thats decent, not a huge prize pool though.

Whitewater Rafting part 2

Midway through we stopped for lunch on an embankment/small beach area. Had an awesome meal, every adventure tour I've been on where you have to do alot of physical activity seems to feed you so well. Tasty, healthy and as much as you can eat, was the exact same in Australia while doing the surf camp. We flipped over the raft, put a tablecloth down and they laid out the meal for us on top of it :).

There was some bread leftover and they threw some in the river, tons and tons of tiny fish immediately were jumping and grabbing and

whitewater rafting!

Got up early today and had some breakfast made by a neighbour who cooks meals for the guests staying at this house. Fresh fruit, pancakes, beans + rice, papaya and cheese. Great way to start the morning at 7:30. Then we headed off to go whitewater rafting on the Rio Pacuare river.

The Rio Pacuare has class II, III an IV rapids along it (the scale systems goes from 1 to 5) so 4 is fairly tough. The river is regarded as one of the top 5 rafting rivers in the world so I'd say a pretty decent spot to try whitewater rafting for the first
